More mentoring matches to be made

June 1, 2021

‘Healthcare leaders are part of a complex and integrated system where each of us has a role to play in making that system work effectively. We can’t do it all on our own but collectively we can make it so much better.’ Tass Mousaferiadis GAICD

Another 15 mentoring pairs have been matched through the Tri-Peaks mentoring program for senior executives and CEOs. Tri-Peaks mentoring matches are made across the health, AOD and child and family services sectors, and we greatly appreciate the contribution made by mentors.

VHA is about to kick off two new mentoring cohorts for professionals in health services and community health services. If you are an experienced health sector CEO or Board member interested in sharing your experience with others, we’d love to include you as a mentor.

If you are a more recently appointed CEO or Board member in a public health service or community health service, you might be interested in applying as a mentee.

The program runs for 12 months with an expectation of monthly in-person or virtual meetings between mentors and mentees. Online resources and mentoring training are available in our mentoring platform to support participants on their mentoring journeys.

Apply here before Friday 11 June 2021.

This is a free program supported by the Department of Health.

Tri-Peaks is a collaboration between VHA, The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare, and the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association.
