Calling on HR and People and Culture Managers

The VHA is seeking input from HR, People and Culture and Workforce Managers within member organisations around accessible and inclusive employment practices.
The VHA is seeking input via an online survey and online group consultations in order to better understand current practices in relation to employing people with disability, and to help identify potential opportunities for addressing workforce shortages through inclusive employment practices.
If you can share your knowledge and experience, please take part in one or both of the consultation methods below:
Online Survey
Time to complete: Approximately 15 mins
Audience: HR/People and Culture Managers or equivalent within your organisation

Groups: Approx. 6 participants in each group discussion, with groupings made according to size and type of health service.
