Executive leaders from large health services in Victoria are invited to participate in this virtual roundtable discussion at 8am on Tuesday 2 June.
Attendees will be invited to contribute to a meaningful discussion considering the leadership and broader implications of navigating COVID-19 and beyond.
During this future-focussed workshop, attendees will share insights, learnings and glean the perspective of colleagues about the leadership challenges resulting from these unprecedented economic and social times. It will also provide key information to help you build a strategy to respond to the challenges of the current environment and unlock the potential for reform.
The one-hour session will be facilitated by Andrew Hollo of Workwell Consulting.
We hope you can join us and take the time to test your own assumptions and add to the shared understanding of the opportunities emerging for our health system.
