Aware Super Wellbeing webinar: Aged Care employees

When left unchecked, financial stress caused by not feeling financially prepared for the future can have a devastating impact on your workforce.

During COVID-19, both financial and psychological costs associated with a workforce suffering from prolonged stress  may have also  resulted in an additional burdens due to increased absenteeism and OH&S incidents.

To help VHA members provide support to their employees,  Aware Super is running free online sessions aimed to support Aged Care employees throughout November.

These sessions have been created with simple language, and will cover topics such as Super Basics, Boosting your super, Estate Planning, Protecting you & your family and much more.

In response to our most recent Workplace Wellbeing Series, 88% of employees said that these sessions encouraged them to ‘take action’ when it comes to their financial wellbeing.
