VHA submission into Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations

The VHA has prepared a submission into the Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations. The VHA’s submission is based on extensive consultation with members, industrial relations experts and auditors. It highlights gaps in the draft regulations and offers considered recommendations that would improve the operation of the Act for community health centres and employees.
