Voluntary assisted dying model of care information sessions
The VHA is conducting information sessions for people working in the Victorian health sector to learn about the model of care and quality framework to support implementation of voluntary assisted dying within health services, GP clinics, community-based palliative care services and residential aged care services. Improve your customer service skills - PSRAC consumer journey training
The VHA and PSRAC Leadership Committee invites all customer-facing team members and managers to attend a one day, interactive training session. This training session will equip participants with new insights, confidence and skills to:
- Communicate effectively with prospective residents and their families
- Encourage local stakeholders to refer prospective residents to your centre
- Ethically increase enquiries to waiting list requests
- Calmly and confidently promote the advantages of your facility to prospective residents and their families

The VHA has two rooms available for hire, featuring natural light. VHA voting members can to use the rooms at no cost (subject to limits and conditions).
