VHA Forum: The aged care revolution - members only

Focusing on residential aged care, this member-only forum will look at the current aged care environment, the impact of changing policies on the sector and the future of aged care in Victoria.

Strategy & Finance Workshops
The VHA is hosting a series of member-only Strategy and Finance Workshops for service providers of NDIS and aged care packages.
The workshops will focus on workforce planning and financial modelling for the NDIS and home care packages. Participants will be taken through the VHA's new strategic decision making resources, tools and frameworks via a case study approach with our partner RSM.
