The Australian Centre for Healthcare Governance is an initiative of the Victorian Healthcare Association and provides practical governance support to all health services.
The ACHG assists directors of healthcare boards and executive management teams to fulfil their governance responsibilities tailoring governance support programs to meet organisational and compliance needs. It also engages directly with hospitals and community health services, assessing and analysing processes against industry governance requirements and best practice standards with practical recommendations for improvement.
The ACHG operates under a not-for-profit business model with revenue invested into developing sustainable products and services for the sector.
