Celebrating Aged Care Awards finalists announced

The 2018 Celebrating Aged Care Award finalists have been announced with a high-calibre of nominees coming from all corners of the state.
Leadership Award finalists:
- Arun Thomas, Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital
- Melissa Hunter, Kerang District Health
- Wendy Walters, Rural Northwest Health
Passion for Aged Care Award finalists:
- Efraim Fajardo, Wimmera Healthcare Group
- Faye Handcock, Gippsland Southern Health Service
- Clare Jackson, Kyabram District Health
Aged Care Volunteering Award finalists:
- Lynette Williams, Numurkah District Health Service
- John Gooding, West Gippsland Healthcare Group
- Paul Tieney, Maldon Hospital
Award winners will be announced at the state-wide celebrating aged care event The balance: taking care of the workforce too on 6 September hosted by the Public Sector Residential Aged Care Leadership Committee and the VHA.
