VHA partners with recruitment specialists

Posted 18 April 2018

The VHA has partnered with three recruitment firms to provide expertise in the provision of recruitment services to members, VHA CEO Tom Symondson announced today.

The VHA already enjoys strong workforce assistance partnerships with First State SuperVHA Plus+ salary packaging and novated leasing, and Clear to Work police checks. The addition of three specialist recruitment firms will further bolster this strong member offering.

“We understand that one of the sector workforce challanges is attracting and retaining high quality staff.

"The VHA continues to strive to offer members services that can assist in this endeavour,” Mr Symondson said.

Each recruitment partner is committed to providing VHA members with exceptional service, tailored advice and guidance. In addition, VHA members can be assured they will receive special member pricing.

Weploy is the fastest on-demand staffing platform for office and business support roles. Weploy gives VHA members direct access to quality, pre-vetted pools of talent that are quality guaranteed and can start work in an instant.

The HDR Group is a management consultancy group that provides a broad range of professional business services to organisations across the health and aged care sector. The HDR Group offers VHA members recruitment, human resource management and workforce consulting solutions in the clinical services sector.

Rosemary Hardham and Associates is a niche consulting practice specialising in mid to executive level appointments across member associations, health and education, statutory authorities and not-for-profits.
