Tom Symondson appointed to First State Super Board

Tom Symondson, CEO of the Victorian Healthcare Association has been appointed to the First State Super Board of Directors.

‘We are pleased to have the benefit of Tom's considerable skills and depth of experience from a broad range of executive and governance roles in the Victorian healthcare sector,’ said Neil Cochrane, Chair of First State Super.

‘Tom understands the needs of our members – many of whom work in healthcare – and is an excellent addition to the First State Super Board.’

The VHA has the right to appoint one member of the First State Super board to represent employers in the Victorian healthcare system.

Mr Symondson’s appointment became effective 1 July.

First State Super are the principal partner of the VHA, specialising in providing superannuation fund solutions to the health sector.
