NDIS workshops in Ballarat & Echuca

The VHA have facilitated strategy and finance workshops for Ballarat and Echuca service providers, in preparation for the NDIS.
The workshops, part of the VHA’s NDIS Transition Support Project, present information about the NDIS to assist organisations make an informed decision on whether to become an NDIS provider.
The VHA has developed resources to accompany the workshops, including a decision-making toolkit and enterprise financial modelling tool, to assist successful entry into a competitive market.
Workshop participants were shown an outline of how to use the new financial modelling tool and participated in group discussions.
The next round of workshops are in Bairnsdale, Shepparton and Geelong in early 2017. Click here for more information and to register.
