LAST CHANCE: Community health consultation

Members of the healthcare sector and the public who have significant involvement with community health, are invited to attend a session on opportunities to strengthen community health services so they can better meet the healthcare needs of vulnerable Victorians.

The remaining consultation session is for registered and integrated community health service CEOs (or their delegates) only.  It will be held on Friday 30 November at the VHA Meeting Room at 12-2pm.

RSVP by email including name, organisation, position and the stakeholder group you represent, as well as the session you wish to attend, at least three working days before the date of the session.
