From surviving to thriving: forum

More than 100 rural members and other stakeholders – including DHHS’s Terry Symonds, pictured with CEO Tom Symondson – travelled to Marysville this week for the VHA’s Rural and Regional Forum from surviving to thriving.

Mr Symonds, the department’s Deputy Secretary Health Service Performance and Program Division said he would welcome  proposals on recommended improvements for robust systems, particularly to resolve workforce challenges in rural areas.
