Award winning journalist Sara James to MC conference

Sara James, Emmy Award-winning journalist and author, will emcee the 2019 VHA Annual Conference: The future of health, an imperative for change on 3 and 4 October.

Sara has covered Australasia for major broadcasters, NBC, CNN, PBS and is a featured commentator on Australia’s ABC News Breakfast. She has won a string of awards as well as reported on the Taliban, modern-day slavery in Sudan, the Bosnian War Crimes Tribunal, Australia’s Stolen Generation and 9/11 in her hometown, New York.

Sara is the author of An American in Oz, co-author of The Best of Friends, and editor of An Extraordinary School.

The VHA Annual Conference will be held on 3 and 4 October at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

VHA members receive a complimentary registration to the annual conference upon renewing membership for 2019-20. A code to access the complimentary registration will be supplied to members once they have renewed.
